Special Assignment 2000 - The International Commission Holocaust Era Insurance Claims. New York City, New York.

Communicating with English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese-speaking survivors of the Holocaust or their heirs about filing claims to legitimate unpaid insurance policies. Provided claims resolution process to individuals who may have such claims, informing them of central source for information on investigation and payment of unpaid policies. Conducted these inquiries successfully while listening with special sensitivity to intense emotional experiences by holocaust victims either directly or from their heirs.

Special Assignment 1999 - D.F. King Division KTS. Queens, NY - The International Claims Consultant to Dow Corning Bankruptcy Project.

Demonstrated thorough and accurate knowledge of Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization, resulting in successful implementation of project to enable Dow Corning to emerge from bankruptcy. Interpreted and translated to French and Portuguese claimants legal Disclosure Statements that offered accurate information regarding plaintiffs' individual options. Clarified legal and medical terminology for foreign and domestic claimants, which enabled them to make informed decisions regarding confirmation of the Plan. Maintained internal database to process documents project effectively

Special Assignment 1996 - United Nations Verification Mission. Angola, Africa

Spokesman Deputy - Traveled throughout Africa for or with the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations to seek support of African leaders in resolving the Angolan crisis. Managed constant liaison with the national and international media, and organized trips for visiting journalists to witness the UN mediating efforts in order to move forward the Angolan peace process. Monitored short-wave radio news in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese on a daily basis and maintainedinternal database, which efficiently documented the UN Verification Mission in Angola.
